Support Specialist with Hindi or Urdu
The scope of our activity is the provision of customer support services, sales and regional development in the international markets in the field of IT and financial technologies.
In Customer Support department we do not call our clients, but resolve their queries in chats and tickets (by email).
What we do: Addressing client requests in written form (chats, emails) Compliance with service quality standards Interaction with other departments to improve work processes Effective cooperation with customer service teams in the international offices of the company Broadcast customers feedback on product and processes to relevant departments Maintaining a positive working environment in our multicultural team What we are looking for: Fluency in English (Advanced level speaking and writing) Fluency in Hindi or Urdu (Advanced level speaking and writing) Experience in customer support Computer literacy (daily computer usage, chats, emails, fast typing skills) Ability to learn fast Ability to find an approach to solving diverse tasks Multitasking mindset Readiness to work in the morning and evening rotating shifts ( the latest shift is from 17: 00 to 02: 00 ) .
