Our client, middle size real estate company, is looking for the Executive HR Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Project management and working together • Innovation in corporate culture, internal communications and HR system optimization • HR tasks decision o Manage changes implementation according to new strategy and solving key HR tasks. o Define a methodology of HR system o Be a leader in Innovation o Create culture of Project management and Efficiency o Implement changes on all levels o Teach managers to people management o Build efficiency of project based on organization through set of Assessment, Development & Motivation initiatives o Define key competencies and assess GAP for managers and key staff (maximum 30-40% of staff) o Develop employees' competencies and attract the best candidates through Development methodology creation o Align and personnel optimal structure o Organize the development and implementation of other procedures together with HR team - Assessment, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Safety, HR Administration o Organize the internal communications and teach managers to communicate with the staff on HR issues o Teach people to accept new tools and be effective in using it – automatization Requirements: Higher education Experience as a HR Director in international company Industry experience in Real Estate and development Project management (PMI, Agile) Assessment and Training & Development tools expertise Integration manager in HR field Innovation management experience English & French (as a plus) upper intermediate Conditions: Competitive salary annual bonus Social package Office on the center of Moscow
